Advance Payment Policy
If, for reasons beyond my control, I am no longer able to offer a session, the advance payment will be fully refunded.
However, if the client fails to attend the appointment for invalid reasons and without prior notice, the advance payment made in my favor will not be refunded and will not be recognized for a future session. This is because I have guaranteed my availability and time for "that day and those hours," rejecting other profitable opportunities to invest my time and energy.

The unlawful publication of another's image obliges compensation for even economic damages, which consist of the financial prejudice suffered by the harmed individual as a result of the aforementioned publication and of which the harmed individual has provided evidence.
In any case, if — as often happens when the harmed person is not a public figure — specific items of financial damage cannot be demonstrated, the injured party can claim (in accordance with a principle adopted by art. 128 of law 22 April 1941, no. 633, amended by Legislative Decree 16 March 2006, no. 140, not applicable due to the time of occurrence) the right to receive a sum corresponding to the compensation they would have presumably requested to grant their consent for the publication, with the amount being determined in an equitable manner, considering the economic benefit presumably gained by the infringer in relation to the spread of the medium on which the publication took place, the purposes pursued, and any other circumstance consistent with the purpose of liquidation.
